In east centralOklahoma, Pontotoc and Seminole. In southeast Oklahoma, Johnstonand Marshall. In southern Oklahoma, Carter, Garvin, Love andMurray.* WHEN...Until 315 AM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flowsover low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Overflowing poordrainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or isimminent.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 1014 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rainhave fallen in the western portion of the advisory area.- Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expectedover the area.
