Flood Warning issued May 16 at 6:28AM EDT until May 16 at 9:30AM EDT by NWS Boston/Norton MA* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessiverainfall is expected.* WHERE...Portions of southeastern Massachusetts, including thefollowing counties, Bristol and Plymouth and Rhode Island,including the following counties, Bristol, Kent, Newport,Providence and Washington.* WHEN...Until 930 AM EDT.* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lyingand flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams are onthe rise due to excess runoff from rainfall.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 627 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gaugesindicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
