Streamscontinue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 317 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the warned area.
