Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional showers and thunderstorms are expected to redevelop this morning through at least early Thursday over portions of Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, Southwest Arkansas, and North Louisiana, over already saturated soils from heavy rainfall that has fallen over the last several days. These showers and thunderstorms will continue the threat for heavy rainfall and flash flooding. East Central Bowie County in northeastern Texas... * Until 300 PM CDT. * At 1202 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
