Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional showers and thunderstorms are expected to redevelop during the overnight and towards Thursday morning. With extremely saturated soils from heavy rainfall that has fallen over the last several days, it wont take much rain to cause Flash Flooding concerns.
