In Utah, Fire Weather Zone 487 Book Cliffs. * TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, until 10 PM MDT this evening. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Friday morning through Friday evening. * WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...6 to 11 percent. * IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly.
