Movement was east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... South Bend, Mishawaka, La Porte, Niles, Dowagiac, Buchanan, Gulivoire Park, Granger, Osceola, Bridgman, Walkerton, North Liberty, New Carlisle, Berrien Springs, Cassopolis, Three Oaks, Kingsford Heights, Edwardsburg, Lakeville, and Roseland. This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 in Indiana between mile markers 50 and 87. Interstate 94 in Michigan between mile markers 3 and 17.
