Southerly winds will gust up to 30-40 mph, with a few gusts to 45 mph possible. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. The wind gusts may make driving more difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on east-west oriented roads.

Northern Orange County in south central Indiana... Northern Washington County in south central Indiana... * Until 600 AM EDT. * At 335 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Orleans, Orangeville, Campbellsburg, Little York, Saltillo, Claysville, Prowsville, Smedley, Mckinley and Leipsic. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
