Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 619 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. As much as 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen, with locally higher amounts. - This areal flood warning replaces the flash flood warnings that were previously issued for these counties. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
