In northwest Iowa, Emmet, Palo Alto, Pocahontas, Calhoun and Sac. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
