Salt Creek At Barnard affecting Lincoln County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Salt Creek at Barnard. * WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, The North 250th Road by the Salt Creek Bridge will have water over the road in the section about 1/2 block north of the bridge where the road bends. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this evening. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades.
