Southern Madison County in central Kentucky... Marion County in central Kentucky... Southwestern Mercer County in central Kentucky... Southern Washington County in central Kentucky... * Until 330 PM EDT. * At 110 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Flooding was reported by 911 Call Centers in Lancaster and multiple areas in Madison County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is occurring and expected to continue with additional rain.
