Northwest winds will increase to around 25 mph this afternoon, with gusts as high as 40 mph. Relative humidity will fall as low as 20 percent this afternoon as temperatures rise into the lower 90s. Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control. The National Weather Service in Bismarck ND has issued a Red Flag Warning. * AFFECTED AREA...Morton, Grant, Sioux, and Emmons Counties. * TIMING...From noon CDT /11 AM MDT/ today to 9 PM CDT /8 PM MDT/ this evening. * WINDS...Northwest around 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress.
