Caney River near Collinsville affecting Tulsa and Rogers Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Caney River near Collinsville. * WHEN...Until early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs. Rural roads near the main channel may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 25.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 29.1 feet tomorrow morning. In northeast Oklahoma, Adair, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Northeast Osage, Nowata, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington OK and Western Osage. * WHEN...Through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of thunderstorms and heavy rainfall remain possible across northeast Oklahoma through Friday evening. Already saturated ground will create runoff that can lead to the rapid onset of flooding wherever thunderstorms occur.
