Southwestern Jefferson PA County in west central Pennsylvania... * WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 940 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding through the entire region. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
