Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional heavy showers and thunderstorms will impact the area this afternoon. Localized rain amounts of over 2 inches in an hour will be possible, leading to areas of flash flooding.
