HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Abilene, Ballinger, Winters, Maverick, Merkel, Tye, Miles, Tuscola, Buffalo Gap, Lawn, Bradshaw, Hatchel, Caps, Dyess Afb, Rowena, Potosi, Norton, Benoit, View, and Wingate. This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 266 and 293. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen on areas that received heavy rain last night, making it more likely for flooding to occur. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ballinger, Miles, Benoit, Hatchel, Rowena, Crews, Ballinger Lake and Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
