In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving thunderstorms may result in rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches in a short period of time. Northeastern Bell County in central Texas... * Until 500 PM CDT. * At 207 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 3.5 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Temple, Belton, Nolanville, Morgan's Point Resort, Little River-Academy, Troy, Belton Lake, Stillhouse Hollow Lake, White Hall, Woodland, Pendleton, Moffat, Heidenheimer, Owl Creek, Oscar, Meadow Grove, Oenaville and Seaton. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
