Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will develop this through the day and evening over the Permian Basin, Trans Pecos, Davis Mountains, Marfa Plateau and Big Bend region as an upper level low slowly moves westward over the region.
