Charleston, Nitro, Winfield, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Sissonville, Poca, Cross Lanes, Institute, Tornado, Elkview, Teays Valley, Alum Creek, Pinch, Bancroft, and Liberty. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 1 and 13. Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 96 and 122. Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 38 and 57. West Virginia Turnpike near mile marker 94. Route 119 between mile markers 70 and 80.
