Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued July 1 at 8:49AM CDT until July 1 at 9:00AM CDT by NWS Green Bay WI At 849 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 7 miles north of Algoma to 8 miles east of Two Creeks, or along a line from 10 miles southwest of Sturgeon Bay to 16 miles south of Kewaunee, moving east at 55 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported trees and power lines down in Brown County. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will be near... Kewaunee Pierhead Light, Kewaunee and Rawley Point Light around 850 AM CDT. Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Kodan, Rankin, Alaska, Rostok, Gregorville, Rio Creek and Point Beach State Park. Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. These storms have produced damaging winds. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
